A standout at the University of Washington, Brent earned PAC-10 First Team honors all three seasons and represented Team USA as a Silver Medalist in the Pan Am Games.

Raised in Everett, WA, Steven Souza Jr.’s journey through baseball is a testament to perseverance, growth, and elite-level performance. After playing collegiately at Everett Community College, Steven was selected in the 3rd Round of the MLB Draft by the Washington Nationals, launching a professional career that would span nearly a decade.

Today, Steven serves as the Major League Hitting Coach for the San Diego Padres, working daily with some of the best players in the world. He brings that same level of insight, preparation, and professionalism into his work with developing athletes.

Hannah Shimek is a dedicated leader in the softball community, known for her passion for developing the next generation of athletes both on and off the field. As part of The NW Show, she serves in a Program Operations role while also mentoring young women, helping them grow in confidence, character, and skill. With a strong belief in the importance of mental development alongside athletic performance, Hannah is committed to creating an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Kylee Studioso brings an elite-level playing career and a passion for developing the next generation of athletes to everything she does. A standout collegiate player at the University of Central Arkansas, Kylee was a dominant two-way athlete, earning All-Region honors, All-American recognition, and being named Tournament MVP while helping lead her team to a conference championship.
Her success extended far beyond the college game. Kylee has competed internationally, played professionally in Italy, and represented Team USA multiple times—experiences that shaped her deep understanding of the game at its highest levels.
